I've got work commitments. Won't make it. Please don't refund entry fee. I'll be happy to donate the entry to another low budget racer, if that's allowed. Radrog ?

I just registered...
*September 17, Open Wheel/Sport Racer Full day
Couple of questions:
1. What time will we be allowed into the track on 9/17?
2. Is the day going to be divided into sessions, i.e., 3 groups with 5 sessions each, as I saw mentioned somewhere, or are we going to run with no time limits or groups as I saw you mention last spring, or what?
Unlimited would be much better for getting a test program done, IMO, as long as there aren't too many cars or other issues.
Thanks for the questions Dave
1. 9am track goes hot
2 12.00pm -1pm lunch
3. 5pm track goes cold
Front gate and paddock are open around the clock 24/7.
We will be running one session/one group nonstop until lunch. I believe the internet mentions 3 groups, that is the standard format for closed wheel test days, we will only have one group, unless more than 15 cars show up. Right now we are at 6 registered, thank you very much for taking the time to go online.
Ps. We will have a driver meeting at the pavillion at 830am or so, the lead corner worker goes over the flags, etc.

what time does the track close.
JR said the session ends 5 PM, but the facility remains open round the clock.

Had a great time AND they gave us pizza!
Excellent in every way!
Great hospitality, great weather, continuous run time except 1 hour for lunch, good test results, couldn't have been better!
