Looking at it more objectively this time and giving the WF1 the benefit of the doubt, I am guessing " that the WF1, was now more aware that there was a FB battle going on, that the FB behind him and gone off trying to avoid less than a minute before. He was either giving him the apex for as long as he could and then said "okay you don't want it? I'll take it." or he was just watching his mirrors for another pass a bit too long and missed his apex and turned in abruptly before he was in the clag.
In any event, the abruptness could appear as blocking IF you are the FB that just went off 30 seconds before trying to avoid and then see a big hole get slammed just as you start to commit.
