Update.
In 3e configuration the wing is 8 sq ft as per the Modified Category rules. However as per Rule 12.9 (which is the rule all the other classes use for wing area calculation) the 3e configuration is 0.4 sq ft over the 8 sq ft rule. Not to worry ...


The span can be easily shortened to make the wing legal under Rule 12.9. Cutting it to a span of 60.5" will get it under 8 sq ft for a dual element wing (which is how I am currently using the wing and have more than enough downforce).


The main plane is 14". 2nd and 3rd elements are 5" each. Current span is 64".
