Default Hewland ring and pinion ID

I have been going through my excess Hewland parts and ran across these two Hewland Ring and Pinions. both 10-31 the darker one spline length is shorter as is the overal length of pinion. Can anyone ID these?

Photos probably would help a lot. Probably even better with a ruler next to the parts to get a sense of just how long / short the shafts are.

The one on top is a Staffs . The one on the bottom is a MK with a ring nut style pinion bearing.
