    Default Neil Porter

Neil has the molds for the 342 fiberglas, including scoop.

He also explains how its mounted.

You will need to loctite the screws in the carb top on and make a brace to the rear of the inlet manifold from the aluminium plate. The scoop has a habit of rattling the carb top off and catching fire. The alternative way is to glass the scoop into the rear engine cover, the air filter will fit OK but trumpets won't.
