    Thanks, Dave.

I went back and made the edit as well. We are going to have a great weekend of racing in Vegas. March is always a nice time of year to have a race in Vegas. Not too cool, yet just warm enough to make the racing enjoyable.

Also a cool added feature is the endless airshow provided by Nellis AFB. Usually the AF Thunderbirds are at Nellis practicing their show. You will see everything from the Thinderbirds to squadrons of Stealth fighters. It makes for a real fun show all day.

We'll keep everyone posted as new announcements are made for this special event.

    Thanks again,
    Craig

    Craig:
Thanks for the update on this event. I know that there are several Club Ford drivers from the Northwest that are planning to make the trek to Las Vegas.
Could you, or someone else who's driven the track, provide a baseline recommendation for gearing a Mk 9 with 9:31 CWP?

    Hi Trout,

Many of our drivers started with the following:

    1st 18:34
    2nd 21:30
    3rd 23:28
    4th 25:27

    or

    1st 18:34
    2nd 20:32
    3rd 22:29
    4th 24:27

Our last event in Vegas was the newly reconfifurged outside long 2.58mile road course. Car set-up was similiar to a ButtonWillow CW 13 configuration.

    Trout;
I took a stab on our first outing at the new configuration at Las Vegas and hit it right on the nose. If I were a bit better driver it would be perfect.
