    Default Ring Gear

A few bad teeth on my ring gear of my Merlyn, need to replace it.... THE QUESTION... Is it easier to remove the transmission and running gear (bringing everything out the back) or pull the engine to access the flywheel....
    Any advice....

    Default Pull it all out.

    Dennis,

I would pull the engine and transaxle as a unit. I'm not sure it's even possible to pull the engine by itself.
