    Default Alignment platform - SOLD

    I am offering for sale a kit for an alignment platform. I ended up acquiring another platform and never finished this one. This unit is all aluminum and constructed in modular form. The corner blocks are machined to fit inside the tubes with provision for flat head fasteners. The intention was to have the pieces hard anodized and then assemble with epoxy and flat head screws. The bottom of the platform would be drilled and riveted/glued. There is material for the bridges, but I did not purchase material for the ramps. $xxxx plus shipping or pick up in/about east central Indiana.

    Still available. There seems to be a little confusion over this unit.

    This is what it will take to finish the platform:

    1) Push tubes over machined billet corner blocks; (anodize if desired)
    2) Install countersunk allen screws through tubes into blocks (glue tubes to blocks if desired);
    3) Install brackets for bridges and ramps with screws;
    4) Install ends in bridges with screws which hook into brackets;
    5) Install aluminum plate bottoms. This is the most intensive work as it will require you to lay out a drill pattern and the drill, glue and rivet the floors just as you would on the car.
    6) Purchase 8-10 swivel feet from McMaster Carr. You can select these at almost any price point. For years I used a plastic composite foot that never gave me any issues with the unit I had for the FF.
    7) Purchase tubing for the ramps and cut to fit.

    I figured it would be less expensive to ship this unassembled. If someone wants it assembled I am sure that can be accomplished.
