    Default VIR Load In

To remind all teams coming to VIR for our season opener April 11-14, our load in on Wednesday April 10 will not begin until 5:00PM.
All rigs should follow the sign VIR will put up, you take the first right off the entrance road, and be sure to not block the road, and settle in to wait.
You can get in line at 9AM but it won't get you inside any earlier. Even if you have rented a garage, even if you have rented accomodations on site, regardless, 5PM is it.
    Plan accordingly.
When it is 5PM we are going to park everyone as we are under a microscope with the club that "owns" the weekend that we partner with regarding our paddocking, so be ready to work with us as we try to be efficent with real estate.
Please don't tell us you need 25 feet when you have a 20 foot canopy, that extra 5' times 20 rigs means a whole lot of wasted space !

Ray, there is sufficent power for all generally, just bring some extension cords.
There is a charge but most figure it is worth not having to run generators.
Someone from VIR walks around and tags lines that are plussed in. Obviously if you rent a garage power is included.
Maybe that isn't so obvious anymore with tracks charging for everything these days !
Franklin, tell me when times comes to not be nice !
