    Default 2001 Dallara-Toyota F301

A very nice, clean example of the popular and affordable F300 Series, and only a 2-owner car. Was originally purchased by a professional racing team; GTA Motor Competicion in Valencia, Spain whom owned the car for 10 years before being sold to a private party for hillclimbs in 2011.

The car only competed at 5 hillclimb races in 2011 and 6 in 2012, so the engine has only covered 180 km's since its last rebuild when purchased. This Toyota engine is the Piedrafita Long-Life motor which is good until 10,000 km's, (6,200 miles) before its next rebuild, incredible reliability!

The car has the air restrictor tube removed for increased horsepower, still has the airbox mounted. Engine had a dyno test with great figures 5 months ago and has only done 4 hillclimb races since.

    Engine: Toyota 3S-GE, 2 liters, inline 4-cylinder, 236 hp @ 7400 rpm
ECU: Magneti Marelli MF4-L and the MT940 Digital Display
Gearbox: 5 manual speed Hewland F3A, clutch shaft was replaced and it only has 2 races
Aerodynamics: modified Double Twin Rear Wing Element, so you get an extra main plain
FIA FT3 fuel tank, in-date FIA homologated seat belts, in-date FIA fire extinguisher
Dampers: Koni 28 Series, 2-Way Adjustable
Slick tires have very low usage, (50 km's)

Default More Pictures of the Car...

Car is located in Spain, but their tough economic times presents a good buying opportunity. Spain is one of the most depressed countries in Europe right now with a 25% or more unemployment rate, teams there need liquidity and very-motivated to do a good deal, as this one is already!

    Default Toyota F1 / Toyota F3

Toyota Motorsport GmbH had hired KLD Design in 2001 to come up with a new and very interesting livery design that stands out in Formula 1. Little did they know at the time that their unique brush stroke design would set the basis of the Formula 1 team's colors for the rest of their existence.

This same livery design is available to you, the buyer of this vehicle, and it would be very cool to do a replica design for this Dallara. In my opinion, the 2003 - 2006 years had the best splash designs.

I say that you do your 1st car in the Toyota Formula 1 colors as shown above, (white with red graphics), and then your 2nd car in the traditional Toyota Racing colors, (red with white graphics), same designs just reverse the colors and mirror the decal placement. This way your 2 cars will look very different but similar at the same time, and you'll look like a professional, complete race team.

beautiful Gold Leaf livery with matching wheels...your car looks awesome! I wouldn't mind it if people brought back some of these historic cigarette brandings like Gold Leaf, JPS, Lucky Strike, Gitanes, Gauloises, Camel, Rothmans, etc., etc. but who knows what some of these strict Canadian laws might say about that. I wish nothing.
