    Default 1995 Dallara-Opel F395

This is the ex-Ralf Schumacher chassis used during the 1995 German Formula 3 Championship placing 2nd in the Overall Standings with 4 Victories, 3 Pole Positions and 6 Fastest Laps.

The car was used for only 1 season, then put away on display at a local car museum in Germany. The car is incredibly clean, pure showroom condition, like it’s right off the Dallara factory line.

This car does not have an engine, but a newly-rebuilt one from Opel will cost you $10,000 for everything; harness, loom, engine electronics, etc. It's the cheapest engine platform to go with.

There is some question as to whether this is the same chassis which Ralf drove to victory at the 1995 Macau Grand Prix, but I cannot confirm this at the moment, but I'm still researching it.

That car was painted in Mild Seven livery as a one-off sponsorship deal in the important Asian market for the Japanese cigarette brand. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvdQkPKmxjU

    For Sale at $19,000 OBO

...just incredibly clean really. If anyone wanted a perfect, old-modeled F3 car than this would be it.

The previous owner whose last name is Schumacher (no relation) lives only 25 miles from the Schumacher family household and is confirming chassis numbers to see if it went to Macau.

Post up some photos of your car's restoration progress, I would like to see how it's coming along.

This car is also looking at a price reduction soon. It's going to be very affordable and a great home winter project to put an Opel Formula 3 engine into the back of it. This car is located in California.

That is the wrong chassis in that video that went airborne. That Avus race was in 1994 with Chassis #002 the last year of the flat-bottomed F3 cars. This car here is a 1995 chassis that has never been crashed, absolutely pristine and with the the stepped floor wood plank bottom. Here are the results from that Avus race with Ralf in 3rd place going into the final lap and was classified in 14th position.
