Some edited video highlights, well maybe that should be lowlights, of our recent support races at the Eastern Creek/Sydney Motorsport Park support races for the V8 Supercars, at the following link.

FT. I would have to say you are correct. We do have some behaviour which most would not consider sportsmanlike. This generally doesnt come from the top drivers, who rarely get into or cause trouble, but from a few who put incredible pressure on themselves as soon as their helmet goes on. Some of the incidents on the video are pure accident though.
I dont know if you all know what V8 Supercars are, but they are our equivalent to your NASCAR Sprint Cup, and Formula Vee was the main support for them at Eastern Creek. Usually, they have Carrera Cup, V8 Supercars Development Series, Utes (or pickups - a bit like your Camping World Trucks - as their supports, but on the Eastern Creek weekend, Club-level categories were on the program, and we humble Formula Vee were the final support before both V8 races.
Imagine Formula First at Daytona, followed by Sprint Cup!

That's what I thought the best part of this video was. That Vees were a support race for THE big show.

This was 1999 when we were still all 1200.
55 Vees started.
This was the first time in around 25 years we raced there.
We raced there again in 2008 and 2010, and we are on the program for an Easter event next year. There are Youtubes of these races.
Mount Panorama is our holy grail of circuits. Every racing driver in the world has to race there at least once.
the V8 Supercar 1000km race there every October is one of the top five sporting events in Australia each year.
