this is the car previously listed by brad hayes. pictures can be seen on page 4 of this forum. the price is 22k. we did not purchase that package as advertised. the car comes with the fresh Farley engine and wide track. we have purchased 2 crush boxes, interior panels and undertray from comprent, and a new braille 30 amp battery that will go with the car along with 2 extra sets of panasports. a third set is on the car. the car is located in central NJ. i can be reached at rbaribeault@gmail.com, pm, or 713-253-3899.

Thanks for the reply on the data and shocks...totally joking on the financing part...man that would be a slippery slope of financing racing
Andy, My first racecar was a 81 VanD C/F. I was 20 years old and talked my Mom into co-signing a 5 year personal loan at Chase bank at 18% I payed the loan in a year and the rest is history.
Ric is from Joysey so what could he pinch ya for,.....25% monthly?

Jesus, I think that's the worst thing you ever said about me I was born in Hartford and grew up in Europe!
Agnifilo; Was not the first racecar you raced belonged to Will Thomas? After that you bought your own. Any luck trying to get John Mercep to give up your "81 Van Diemen?

Buddy, The first car I raced was the Dulon MP15B that Will owned. He sold it after my novice year to John Kean. I took the loan out to buy the RF81 just after the 86 awards ceremony so it was MY first racecar. And um no, I can't get a return phone call from John. I left a half dozen voice mails for him!
now that's funny as we call it the SS tetnus... or Sboxy.. it's one of the most neglected cars i've seen. it will be a very complete restoration. one more car brought back from the dead.
what did you end up buying?
was nice meeting you, look forward to doing battle with you
Len, I sat in a 2001 and it was so much bigger that I set off to find one but realized they were to far out of my range for now, so I picked up a Zink roller that had some great updated equipment so I'm going to put it together and try the pro series. Thanks for all your insights into that series. Sounds like what I'm looking for. I'll catch up with you there! Mike
