Since the Yuku forum crashed a couple of days ago, I'll post this here for any SR fans out there in Apex land.
Here are the results for Q2. Q2 was generally faster than Q1, so at least at the pointy end of the field, these results should hold.

I dont know all the names but in the top 9 I see 5 csr and 4 dsr with a dsr in p1. kinda makes one go hmmmm when you read all the debates on the SR site. Well done by Lee again to go along with his Runoffs time.

I hear ya, Kevin. I think in the race, a CSR will have the advantage, especially if there is a traffic situation or on a restart due to the torque advantage. Of course, this is for Road America. I think the DSRs may have an advantage at other tracks. Kind of reminds me of the Porsche LMP2 and Audi LMP1 battles.

Word from the track is that Garrett Kletjian had a suspension failure on his last Q2 lap, thankfully resulting in no injuries. However, there is extensive damage to the car and he is a presumed scratch from the race.
KenT, I don't see any advantage for current CSRs even at Road America. At last year's Runoffs C and D qualified together and raced together, and their times and trap speeds (with one exception) are almost a perfect match. The exception is Jacek Mucha in CSR, who likes to trim out his car for better top speed. He was about 3 mph quicker in the race than any other car (C or D), but off the pace as a result.

It's good to see Jason stepping up his game.
Is the Yuku crash terminal?

Stan, thanks for posting the screen grabs and updates.

Thanks Stan! Wondering where's Loshak?
Anyone know if they are planning on bringing the DSR/CSR forum back online or is it ? It's not active for me... is it time for a DSR/CSR forum on ApexSpeed?
Thanks Cory and rennai. Jean-Luc won overall and C, with French and Forrer joining him on the podium. Final DSR order was Bootz, Loshak and Locke after Lee Alexander's engine let go.
I want to give a special shout-out to Drs Bob Wheless and Joe Schifini, both of whom suffered serious crashes last year with injuries, and both of whom took the checkers today in their rebuilt CSRs. Bob knocked down a truly fine 2:08 for a top-10 finish, and Joe scared the bejeebus out of everyone with how fast his car is. With a bit more seat time, he's going to be sub-2:10 as well.
Doug, I have an ApexSpeed window open 16 hours a day, so you know I'll be here!

Wow, I just found this sportsracer section! Since most sports racers are basically a formula car with a body, the technology/knowledge base is pretty universal to the current Apexspeedoholic.
Thank you Apexspeed for including these cars.
