Probably depends on how your foot is calibrated.

Longer throw on pedal is probably a good thing too, especially helpful in rain.

Given that the throttle cable only moves about an inch, you want to mount the cable real low at the pedal. That's the first change I made at the track first time out.

and don't forget to get your cable stretcher calibrated.

Make you throttle throw as long as possible. These engines are more like on/off switches with the one inch of throw.
