Default D-13 for sale with or without trailer.

I've tried and tried to come up with a way not to, but there's no alternative - can't afford to race anymore and the car has to go. Will be pulling the car out of the trailer over the weekend and clean-up and take care of a few things - may be able to get updated pics at that time.

    Mid 70's D-13
    Satterly regional motor
    Lybarger short-box
NEW Lybarger 1:22 long box (with axles and tubes, probably everything needed to assemble drum to drum) - just got this back from LRE a couple weeks ago.
    Transponder.
4 sets of tires - 8 mounted slicks (not sure how good), 4 mounted intermediates, 4 unmounted rains and 4 four rims (rims need a good cleaning/blasting).
Complete spare body, plus two additional spare noses, PLUS nose mold.
Complete (drum to drum) spare beam

Car comes with PI/2 data system (not installed) and older Motorola radio system (not installed)

It's my understanding that the belts were replaced in 2010 (5 year belts) but I have to verify that when it comes out of the trailer.

I also understand that in 2009 there were new brake pads, heim joints (all), trailing arms, fuel cell w/cockpit braded lines w/AN fittings, offset front kingpin bushings by Dietmar, new link pins & bushings, rewired, axle boots, F&R seals, Celastos, more.

Prefer to sell everything as a package, but might sell without the long box, data and radios depending on price.

Trailer is a home built, enclosed unit - nice trailer, brakes, ramp door, tows well behind Jimmy/Blazer type vehicles. Could use a fresh paint.

Looking for $6,500 for everything except trailer. Will consider offers if you don't want certain things (long box, radios, data, etc)

Would like to get $1500 for the trailer (if not sold with the car - car buyer get's first crack at trailer)

Car, trailer and everything, package $7,500

Will try to up-load some pics shortly, or will send via e-mail upon request.

Hard to see from pics but the trailer has a flip up access door at the front as well.

    Bob,

Sorry to hear about this. Just out of curiousity, did that trailer come from another FV racer that ran out of the St. Louis region? It looks very familiar.

This looks like Bill Carroll's FV from Pennsylvania? Great car if it is.

    it is indeed that car

I'm getting a lot of inquiries on the spare beam, long box, data, from people wanting to buy those separately.

I'll sell the car, all wheels and tires, transponder, and everything else, EXCEPT long box, spare beam, radios and data system for $5,000. $6,000 with trailer.

Really would like to sell this and move on.

    Default Still for sale

Car is out of the trailer, fires and runs nice. Really need to sell.

Will try to get more pictures posted on Saturday.

    Will sell:

Car with all wheels and tires, buyer can choose which body they want, and will throw in a spare nose for $4,300 firm. Buyer gets first option on Transponder which I'll include for $200 more.

open to reasonable offers on the package (spare body, long box, radios, data, bunch of other spares, and trailer), but need to move the car before I start selling off the other stuff.

    Bob,

Thanks for getting back to me! I'm going to look at a drum to drum beam on Saturday AM, so I was wondering what you want for yours prior to viewing the
    other beam?

    Thanks!

Mark - did you get the PM I sent re my beam? Did you buy the one you looked at on Saturday?

FYI - car is still for sale, willing to entertain reasonable offers.

Individual spare parts are now available:

Beam - drum to drum - asking $500
Complete Body, good shape - no idea what that's worth, let's say $750? $1,000 with the nose mold? I don't know
4 unmounted, very good Hoosier rains. $250 for the set?

Above prices do not include shipping and I'd prefer not to deal with that. Am willing to travel within say 100 miles of Milwaukee and meet someone, say at Blackhawk or Road America.

    Bob,

Sorry for the delay. I've located a beam and it's being shipped after the ride-height
    adjuster is mounted.

    Thanks!

Default SOLD - oh wait - NOPE - NOT SOLD

Well, I had a deal on the car but the buyer backed out, too far of a drive to pick up. So, I'm going to put the same deal on here now.

    $5,500 FIRM with trailer
    $4,500 FIRM without trailer

    Here's the package:

    Mid 70's D-13
    Satterly regional motor
    Lybarger short-box
    Transponder.
5 sets of tires - 8 mounted slicks (not sure how good), 4 mounted intermediates (not sure how good), 4 unmounted rains (VERY GOOD) and 4 unmounted slicks (look to be pretty good).
Complete spare body, plus spare nose, PLUS nose mold.
Complete (drum to drum) spare beam
Set of spare rear trailing arms
PI/2 data system (not installed) and older Motorola radio system (HT 440) (not installed)
Belts were replaced in 2010 (5 year belts)

Here is a link to the car running so you can hear the motor
    http://s650.photobucket.com/albums/u...t=MVI_1642.mp4

I have a bunch of pics of the bodies and the car without the bodies that I can e-mail - don't want to fill up the Apex server. E-mail me at rstackjd@gmail.com

I'm going to give it two more weeks. If the package doesn't sell at that price by the, I think I'll part out all the FV stuff and the hold the chassis for an eventual FST conversion whenever I can afford to race again.
