I just had my car on jack stands and went through the gears as the car was running and noticed my right rear wheel was not spinning as fast as my left, I thought this was strange because there is no load on either tire, is this because of the LSD.

FC is required to have an open diff (no limited slip). Anyway, a limited slip diff would try to make the two wheels turn at the same speed. What you are seeing is just differences in drag (brake pads, bearing and seal drag, etc.) from one side to the other. Since the open diff allows them to turn at different speeds, what you are seeing is normal.
