Wanted To Buy Stack ST406 Tachometer

I'm still looking. Did all of these break, or has everyone forgotten where they put theirs when the Data System was installed?

I would like to replace my ST400 with an ST406. It will be used in an Autocross car (DB4) and the immediate feedback would be helpful. Data Systems are too "after the fact".

I could trade my working ST400 as partial payment if so desired.

OK, I give up, what's an ST-406? I have had several St-400's, I have seen ST-200s, ST-700s, ST-430s and ST-400Cs but never an ST-406.. Do you have a photo or specs on what you are looking for?

The Stack Documentation I have indicates that the ST406 will record up to 5 minutes of RPM information at 10 samples per second.

Record/Playback is the feature I'm looking for. The documentation with my car said I had an ST406 but when I checked, it's only an ST400. 5 minutes isn't much in a Road Race car but for Autocross it would work very well.

It may be that everyone opted for a Data System instead. Beats me.
