nope - gotta be fabricated. I had Charlie Smith's copied by a porsche exhaust specialist in Pasadena.
If you are interested I can send you mine to be copied.
I once made a set using Carroll Smith's technique of the twisted copper wire to make a template and JC Whitney mandrel bends and lots of brazing.
Held up rather well.
Need to get a set of the stock type tips that have the 2 holes in them that the exhaust studs go through and start from the ends of them.
Go here. I had these folks make a tail pipe to fit my RF-95 consistent with a Pennon diffuser. Superb quality; purged TIG; EGT bungs; they supply the mock-up kit; VERY reasonable.
Better yet, Kirchner offered up his headers. Send it to them and they can duplicate it perfectly. Either way, they are one the best racing companies I have ever delt with.

I initially bought a 914 system, and used the stub tubes, collector, and megaphone in the final configuration. Folks used to rave about the sound @ 7000. One of the tubes had to be shortened and the flanges rotated for wrench clearance. If possible, I'd say try to eliminate the stub tubes entirely, as they are a PITA to seal.
Best way to do this is take the car, with engine installed, to a fabricator along with a representative system. And here's why:
