It's not how fast you go.
It's how well you go fast.

I am planning on bringing my Crossle if I can get it back together in time, if not will bring the FS.

I plan on going to shake out the new motor (with the old head!!!!) if I get the motor in the car this weekend.

I may go, just without my car, which is in a million pieces! Anybody need crew help for the weekend?
Steve
I may as so far I have two "maybe-s". My car is only in 1000 pieces now and hope to get that down to 100 over the weekend so I should be ready.
Ed
OK, let me know if you do.
Need more open wheel cars to run with.
No late-entry fee if anyone wants to show up!
Pro IT will be there too!

Hi
I haven't seen JD Kings name on the list. He usually does this event.
Is he racing this year?
Also, do you think that because the car counts are so far down in groups 1 & 6 that they will combine run groups?
If so, can they do it before the actual race day or have to wait until registration?

Haven't heard anything about JD being there.
I spoke with DA yesterday. They will prob combine both open wheel groups into one, unless we see a significant entry increase before the event. Dunno if we move in with 1, or group 1 gets moved in with us.

Do you know if they will make the change of groups before Sat am?
I have tires on order and if we are G1, I'll never be able to get them mounted before the session.
This means I'll have to get them to Northeast on Fri.
I'm voting for us to stay as 6 and wings and things move.
Greg
I'll be there as crew with my trusty 82 VD. I've been replaced with a new and younger driver. As long as he makes my car look good, I'll let him keep racing it!
Greg, I was looking forward to racing with you! At least I'll see how my car does.
Mike
Terry Hanushek will make the call on merging groups maybe Fri (?) eve.

Hi
I got an email from Terry Roberts, Registrar concerning the the combination of groups.
FF, NCF, FV and F500 are now part of race Grp One.
This means our first session is scheduled for approx 915 after Pro It.

Being carless, I may take a ride out, offering a hand where needed.

You know the old saying, "Even a bad day of racing is better then a good day of fishing". Well when I got back from Pocono the first thing I did was go find the rod and went out to the garden to dig up some worms.

Hi Ed:
From what I saw all weekend, you definately didn't have much fun.
If it is any consulation you seemingly were blindingly fast when you were on track or else I'm incredibly slow .
Anyway, I hope that you got all the bugs sorted out.
Cheers,
Greg

As Tiger Wood's mom yelled out. What Happened?
Since I didn't go out for the second race on Sunday I watch it from the tower. Looks like you had a good dice going and got the win at the line by a foot or so.
Ed
Ed:
I had a great battle all race long with Allan V. It was racing as it should be. We both gave each other room and were trading positions all over the course.
We were racing for second spot. As it turned out, he passed me on the front straight just as the one lap sign came out. I think we both knew at that point I had the tactical advantage. Stuck with him throughout the course and held the draft just long enough on the front straight to make the move as we both approached start finish. You saw me best him by barely a nose.
In NCF Jim MacNicholls took first and had his own battle going on with a FF further up in the group.

Greg
