Formula Vee
Jim Granitzki started on the pole with rookie Tom Hartman in his 1964 Beach second. Jim passed Wayne Taparoski on lap one and Tom remained in 4th overall. On lap 5 Tom passed Wayne moving into 4th behind Jim. Between lap 7 and 12 Jim developed mechanical problems forcing him to leave the race and Tom took the lead on lap 13. Tom was now running in 4th gear only and was determined to finish, which he did after passing Matt Schwegler on lap 16 going on to Win FV.

Tyro
Matt Schwegler started on the pole with Theo Kouloukis second, Wayne Taparowski third and Chris Rachuba 4th under observation. With Wayne and Chris having to battle with the FV’s Matt and Theo swapped postions on lap 6 and Theo took the lead and went on to win. Matt battled with Tom H. but worked himself bat to second by the finish.
Theo took the win with Matt, Wayne and Chris following.

F1600
Rich Schwegler Sr. started on the pole, with Bill Carroll second, Ian Goddard in his CF Third, Jay Hoorgendoorn 4th, Anthony Caracappa 5th and Micheal Kenny 6th. On the start, the group bunched up going into turn 1 Cappy got a jump on the field and Bill gave the inside to him (protecting Andy’s car). Michael pitted after the first lap. Cappy and Jay were out front by lap 6. The 1600’s were running with the FC’s and were mixing it up through most of the race. Bill got up to 2nd behind Rich and finally passed him in turn 1 on lap 11. Rich caught and passed Cappy on lap 19 with Ian closing fast., Ian got by Cappy on lap 19. Bill took the win with Rich and Cappy and Ian winning in Club Ford finished 3rd overall.

Formula Continental
Andy Graham started on the pole, Gregg Waltenbaugh second and Anthony Autiello third.and they stayed that way the whole race, with Andy lapping the F1600 field.

Pro Avanti
Dominick Vitale had the lead, with Dan Clark second, Oscar Pacheco third, Kirk Davis 4th, Andy Graham 5th, Christan Pederson 6th, Ron Beard 7th and Andrew Stockert 8th at the end of lap one. Dan and Ron both moved up on lap 2. Andrew got by Ron on lap 3. Dominick got the lead back on lap 4 as Andy got by Kirk and Christen got by Ron. Dan got the lead on lap 5 passing Dominick, Andy got by Oscar for third. Ron and Christen swapped positions again too. On lap 7 Kirk got by Oscar and Christen began over heating taking him to the pit next lap. Andy passed Dominick on lap 7 for second place. On lap 10 Dominick suffered from a tire going down and had to end his race. On lap 14 Andy got by Dan for the lead. Ron spun in turn 6 on lap 18. Andy took the win, Dan 2nd, Kirk 3rd, Oscar 4th, Andrew 5th and Ron 6th, Dominick would end up 7th after a fierce battle up front, and Christen succumbed to overheating.
