Having run my daughter in top level karting against professional mechanics and very good drivers, I have learn't the following.
1. Life's not fair, get used to it.
2. The biggest whiners were the Dad's when they got beaten by a girl.
3. The boys only ever gave her respect off the track and none on it. She didn't need it.
4. She got bored in the straights, the only fun was in the corners.
Give DP a break. That is assuming she even cares what we think.
