Yes you can add my name to the list of interested people. Being able to make it is another story. It is a long haul from Oregon to the Mid-West or beyond.

My car is a 1984 Anson SA4 and I raced the car this summer after a year long rebuild. I bought the car disassembled in March of 2008 from Mike McHugh.

Default Road Altanta FSV Re---Union Oct 14-17 2010

    hello all

SVRA Season Finale is the place to be-- if your have a FSV or just want to see and hear them race.

SVRA event fee is $495 for members or Monoposto members and a (nice) CREDIT of $100
for the folks racing FSV. So $395 for a great time ...!
We hope to have a Welcome Party,FSV Event T-shirts and a FSV group Paddock Area. Brian Walsh is the front man acting as the conduit with the good folks at SVRA. (Brian will be running his event at VIR-SVRA Gold Cup in June for 2.5 Imsa Cars)

Scott Livingston is off to Elkart, Wi for the SVRA weekend and hopes to speak with monoposto folks about the FSV re union this coming Oct.

I have just finished grading here at ECU and will be pulling the Bertils FSV motor out of the my Argo JM-4 Wed. for a freshing!

Again..hope to have as many different kinds of cars and racers from the era attending so kindly spread the word. Brian is also looking for event sponsors ...so please do your part and send them along.

The real intent of this re union event is.....simple--to have fun and enjoy the race weekend.

Default Super Vee Reunion at Road Atlanta

I'd like to thank Mark Malley, Scott Livingston and Brian Walsh for their efforts in pulling together a SV reunion race at Road Atlanta with SVRA.Although we didn't get much in the way of a turnout (typical), we did have fun and raced safely all weekend. I know the kind of effort it takes to bring out a group and I appreciate that these guys were willing to put that effort forward. Thanks guys. Tom Fraelich '79 March SV.

    Mark,
We are sorry we could not make down, we are still waiting for our engine to get back. Regardless, the car required more work then we expected, but it is going to beautiful, and we are looking forward to running it next year.

Currently we have five FSV's running on a regular basis here in the Northwest. Four Ralts and my Anson. We are hoping to have a few more next year. It is nice to see a number of these cars on the track at the same time. Good luck on your future events.

John, Do you still have your Anson?

Yes, we have the Anson and 2 RT5's. The car we are finishing is Davy Jones's '85 Ralt.

Default So when's the next one....

that we will be ask to send a blind entry with no intent to show?

Guys, I have to tell you, I am all for events of this nature, but the organizer of the SV reunion here asked me to send a blind entry although I no ability or intent to show due to scheduling conflicts. Upon informing this guy I wouldn't do that, he went nuts! Then instructed me to never contact him again.

Quite the shame here as it he has perhaps alienated a pretty substantial base in this area.....

Good luck with organizing another, hope to get an invite as am now able to choose from 2 in the paddock, my original '85 Crossle/Lola and the newly acquired ex-Wilbur Bunce Engineering/E-Z Wider - Howdy Holmes Gold Cup Car.
