Pouring my first 2 part foam seat tonight, and I have heard it is a nightmare. Please keep me in your thoughts this evening

It is not that hard. Don't do too much in the first pour. Do it in multiple pours and make changes each time. It is really a simple task. You can cut and trim the foam easily for a nice fit. So you go through a few big garbage bags....their cheap!

    You will do fine.

The key will be choosing what to cover the new "seat" with once your done. You want it to look good in the car

Does anyone remember the movie "The Blob"

Actually it went pretty well. I need to shave a little of the bottom, and work on the back, but all and all it came out well. Thanks for all the past posts on this subject. They really helped!
