New venue entry form

Hi folks,
The FRCCA has been asked and has accepted to sanction a race at the new Blue Grass Motorsportspark in Sparta KY. This is 28 miles from Cincinati Ohio about 600 miles. I know it is a hile but it will be worth it. It is a 3 day weekend in support of the new TRANS-AM Series. We will be taking a small crew of our officials out to work the formula car event. We already have had 4 to 6 cars from our club intrested in making the trip. If we can get a good feel for guys going out we could see if we could get a good room price for anyone who wants to stay in a hotel.
Please read the letter attached and the entry form. The entry cost will be based the number of entries and you will be given a refund if it applies at registration. If we get additional cars showing up that are not pre-registered you will get a refund check before you leave the track.
Pre-registration is very important as we have a mininum of entries. I have worked it so you can pay 1/2 the entry by June 8, 2009 and the balance anytime after that up to registration.
Race is open to SCCA FV, F First, F Ford, Club Ford and FRCCA spec Ford class.

Any word on how many pre entries and what the schedule is shaping uo like?

Hi Steve,
Pe-Enteries are trickling in but we are still almost 3 months away, I have reviewed a schedule and it looked good for all 3 days suggested 1 or 2 minor changes and just waiting to get the confirmation on it before publishing.
