What do you guys do with the brake fluid for winter storage? I mean the fluid in the lines and resevoirs.

    A) Drain the lines and resevoir completely and leave empty.

    B) Leave race brake fluid in system.

    C) Drain lines and resevoir completely and fill with regular street grade brake fluid.

    I was thinking C.

    Any advice?

Ive never done anything but bleed the brakes and let it sit for the winter. Never been a problem in the spring.....bleed and go.

I would never think of leaving the system open as some components are prone to rust when left open. Probably best to run clean fluid through the system and leave it till next spring then run new fluid and bleed the system.
