Default Logitech G-25 Brake Pedal Mod

I just installed my G-25 brake pedal mod from Nixim and it is awesome. It is a little rubber bit that fits inside the spring and housing of the controllers brake pedal and makes it feel much more like a real brake pedal. It was around $17 delivered and worth every penny and then some from www.nixim.com

I still have to recalibrate the actuation point of the brakes so it is properly tweaked for rFactor but initial laps with no calibration were far better. Anyone that uses a G25 should get this mod. I have the boys at CXC Simulations to thank for recommending it and pointing me in the direction to get it.

Nice! Thanks for the heads up! I'm still on the DFP, but hoping to eventually upgrade to the G25.

I just checked out the website. Is it me or does that mod just look like an art gum eraser shoved into the brake pedal?

Yes, it is a rubber block of a specific size and durometer to do the job (no it is not an eraser). It would be easy enough to make one with some trial and error but my time is worth more then that, especially as it is a real PITA to take the G25 pedals apart.

I have to give Nixim credit, it really does give the pedal great feel.
