Corey, what are you doing? First Jim bails for FA. Then Paul Burke sells his car to race FS. Now you want to run FC. Where's your commitment?

Steve, we will be running Jim's car next season with a young driver from Howell. I would like to see what I can achieve in an FC. My crew guys are looking forward to setting up a car with push rod suspension. We just want to see if what we have learned over the past couple of seasons with the Reynards can translate to a different car.

I will also be racing the Reynard until it sells. See you at Gingerman.

Fair enough. Given how close the FC & CFC times are at most of our tracks it should be fun trying to keep up with you.

Seriously, this is a fast, well maintained car that can run at the front of any CFC race. A great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the class.

    Default i've noticed

Mark has been about 2 sec/lap slower in the 95 VD than in the old rocker arm Crossle, pretty much at every track this year vs last year.

Rocker arm cars can be competitive with the right driver!

These 88-90 Reynards are the cream of the rocker arm cars. Plenty of setup knowledge and parts are available. (With the exception of the specially cast pieces?)

No slam to Mark (or Corey)--just a little tongue-in-cheek. I'm sure Mark will get his ride flyin' in no time--the same with Corey in FC up north... Maybe those guys from up north will come down for the ARRC & show us po suthern boyz the way to do it.

Until that happens, I like having someone to race with.

No new car just yet. I put myself back in the hunt for the CFC Championship this past weekend and in doing so the sale of said car is on hold until the end of Oct.

Oh by the way. I ran lap times all weekend faster than all of the FC guys on track. .200 off the CFC lap record. Dam, I should have put together on more lap to stamp my name on that place.

Are you really running 20's in the rear and 19's in the front? Sounds backwards to me.

    Default For Sale - Reynard

Apparently lots of off shore interest in this car. (sight unseen).

Would prefer to keep it in the Great Lakes FC/CFC Series or at least in North America.

Royal Oak MI. Jeremy Nowland is the new owner. He plans on attending all of the GLC schedule in 08. That is exactly what I wanted to happen with the car. We may have Reynard SF88 for sale soon. We are the previous owners and the current owner is looking to FC for next season. So the car might be available in the near future.

Glad to hear you could keep it in Great Lakes. I'll keep my eyes peeled for the 88. Hopefully I'll have more of the house paid off by then, heh. >$10k is a still a bit rich for my blood. Now, if only someone wanted to trade for a '97 BMW....
