    Default Mosley goes to Serbia . . . . . .

    - boy that headline sure got my attention - 'at long last' I thought - until I found out that - gulp - he is there to discuss a F1 race there in the near future.

Please Santa can I have a Time Machine this year - one that goes backwards.

Default Ques on new f1 venues

    I saw the Serbia post.

Why is F1 always changing the calendar and looking for new tracks? Is attendance really poor at the current tracks?

It's more a question of Bernie Ecclestone squeezing the maximum revenue out of F1 venues.

Having more potential venues than possible races gives him tremendous leverage in terms of fees paid to hold a race. In a similar way, you will notice that the NFL always keeps one major market without a team. This lets them squeeze the existing cities for more money by threatening to move a team to that market.
