    Default narrow racing shoes

I have size 13 flappers. So you know wha they say...................... Big feet Big Shoes! Big shoes are great in the bedroom but not in a formula car. Anyody know of any shoe manfacturers that make shoes that are narrow and have a very thin sole.
Or is it legal to wear a couple pairs of Nomex socks and something very thin like wrestling shoes?

    Default big feet

You may need size 13 shoes to walk in, but for sitting down (driving a race car) , I bet you can wear size 12's!

    Default Narrow Shoes

I have a pair of Auto Pro shoes that are narrow. They are much more narrow than a new pair of another brand that I just purchased-- I'm wearing the old ones.

In my Atlantic days, I wore size 8 Simpsons. My regular shoe size is 12. For about an hour after a race I could hang from the trailer awning by my toes !

I also wear a size 13 shoe and have had similar problems. I now wear the Oakley Carbon-X high tops and have no problems in any of the formula fords I drive.

They no longer carry them. I can't find any other reference. maybe there out of business. The G-forces are nicely priced. Anybody out there who can give a review on them? Width? thick sole? etc. Is it better to go with high tops or mid tops? I'm doing FF
