All you can do is pick a base line and stick to measuring from that base line in the future. To get a close measurement of the wing angle measure the chord (leading edge to the trailing edge) and compare that to the racing surface. That should be a good approximation of the wings angle of attack (angle of chord line to relarive wind.)
