F1000 video at Daytona National

Here's a link to Ken Tyrrell's out lap and next two laps during qualifying at the May 2007 Daytona National in his Stohr F1000. The video is from a tiny $139 Go Pro Hero 3 attached to the right of the cockpit surround. The sound is scratchy, but Go Pro now has a firmware patch to lower the microphone gain for high speed/vibration activities.

A little north of 140 in the tri-oval, slightly more with a tow from a DSR or Atlantic.

Here's a movie I put together from my race this past Sunday at Infineon...qualified 3rd, finished 2nd

This is using the new patch that updates the video speed/smoothness and adds a second sound setting for motorsports.
