Mistrial! For crying out loud he is guilty, just look at him! At a minimum he should be tarred and feathered. He should be forced to drive a Yugo for the rest of him life (assuming you could make a Yugo last that long...)

Here is a story about another Enzo wreck.. The guy bought the car last Saturday, hours later wrecked it.
