Is a Cortina flywheel legal on an uprated engine? An oldtimer told me that used to be the hot setup because the Cortina flywheel, though it weighs the same, has its mass concentrated nearer the center. i happen to have one of the beasts and can confirm that it does indeed look that way.

Bill: GCR: FCS: D.2.a. pretty much precludes that swap as not allowed. No interchange between COrtina and Uprated unless specifically allowed. The flywheel unfortunately is listed for both in D.2.l
