    Default Chevron B20 1972 #72/5.

    Hi, We have history with this chassis, an excellent Atlantic, previously owned by one of the best, the Chevron Factory Driver Ed Swart. Love Ed! This Atlantic has been updated by our client and is ready now. The specs are below, but wanting to advise this is a solid FA! Listing at: $59,500 Recent expensive upgrades!

    1972 Chevron 1B20 #72/5 Atlantic



    Here is a well sorted and well kept fast Atlantic! Originally an Opert car driven by Brian Robertson to victory running as an "FB" chassis. Atlantic trim now, great build, see below. The well-known Chevron Factory driver Mr. Ed Swart, awesome guy, won the Atlantic series with VARA in 1993. Many upgrades and ready now!
    **True monocoque with tubular steel sub-frame.
    **5-1/2 hours on the Jay Ivey with a new block, new CNC machined head, now with New Weber 48 DCO/SP carbs.
    **New master cylinders and clutch slave cylinder.
    **Rebuilt calipers.
    **New wiring and fuel pump.
    **New Ivey electronic ignition with new dist.
    **rebuilt Bilstein's by Performance Shock.
    **New rod ends.
    **New donuts.
    **New Lifeline fire system.
    **Rebuilt Smiths' Tach.
    **Rebuilt starter motor.
    **Restraint system good through 2024.
    **New rear radius rods and top links.
    **(3) sets of wheels; one set of Chevron new powdercoat with grooved Avon's for rain, One set BBS with Avon slicks, and one new set of new Jongbloed wheels with Hoosier slicks.
    **Ring & Pinion checked prior to 2022 Laguna Seca event.



    The sale includes a spare set of 'newly painted' bodywork; sans windscreen. Ready to go, let us set up the shipping logistics for you, we are happy to help!
