Default Antigravity charging W/ std charger

I've got a customer car that we've ran for years on a Ballistic battery and always charged it with a standard charger without issue. I've replaced the Ballistic with an Antigravity battery. Has anyone been using a standard 2/10 Amp charger on their Antigravity battery?

I don't think you can. I have a C-Tek that is made for lithium batteries that I have always used.

Can you? Probably yes. I'm sure that if you ask the manufacturer they'll say no. I'm using a Noko charger on my home made lipo battery. It has the capability of charging lithium ion batteries.

I've been using a standard charger for years on lithium batteries. Just monitor the voltage when charging. I clip my volt meter to the terminals and don't wonder too far away or you'll likely forget about it.

I unplug the charger at 14.3 volts. It will climb fast above about 13.8 so keep an eye on it.

I've even been running 2 smaller lithium batteries in parallel and have been charging them together at the same time using a standard charger and haven't had any issues.

I've run two small Ballistics in parallel in a Zetec and used a standard 2/10 Amp charger without issue also.

I didn't know if there was some hidden VoDoo specific to Antigravity batteries that was going to blow up my customers $200 battery in my face when I hooked it up to my old faithful $37 2/10 Amp charger.

Antigravity would love to sell me one of their chargers I'm sure

I ended up getting a noko charger based on reviews when my other 20 amp sears charger disappeared. Of course I found it soon after I got the noko. Just like always....
