Default 2024 ligier js f4 series

The opening rounds of F4 are starting today in New Orleans. According to the flyer that came out, F4 should be on the track at 11:25 AM Central Time.

Can anyone confirm that this will be the first races for the new V4 motors in these cars?

    Default F422

There will not be an official F4 US Championship race at NOLA this weekend. Not enough cars have been delivered (though they are making good progress now)

The JS F4 series is for the older Honda powered cars.

Four of the new cars tested and practiced over the last two days at NOLA in the SVRA formula car group. Two of the cars were basically delivery shakedown runs (Driven by my son Connor Roberts). At least one car will race the rest of the weekend in the SVRA group. Pretty sure the 4th car ran this morning but had other commitments for the rest of the weekend.

The opening round for the F4 US Championship will take place at Road America next month, May 16-19.
