Aurora Rod End PRXM5T Bearings

I am desperate for specifically two (2) NEW PRXM-5T rod end bearings (0.3125 ball bore, 0.375-24 threads). The only source that I can find availability is the UK, with a premium price + VAT, + post.

Is there any help on these, or direction as to whom I may inquire?

Could you use a plain old 3/8 bore 3/8 shank rod end and sleeve it down? We've done that with 7/16 rod ends that we wanted to use a 3/8 thru bolt. Seemed to work fine.
