    Default Source for these safety clips

    Looking for the source for wheel nut safety clips as pictured above. I'm using these on a Van Diemen chassis in my P2 car. Thanks!

    Dave, while not identical and not as cool as your "bomb" shape, maybe something like these:

    I'd love to find more of those.... I've been using below as an alternative.

    Been using these on my FC

    Actually really easy to get on and off.

    I didn't bother with stainless.

    Those appear to be the style used on larger cars with 2inch diameter (or bigger?) hollow axle shafts;
    the pin ends go from the inside through holes in the shaft.

    Haas has them. No idea of the cost.... They are standard equipment on the Tatuus USF cars.

    That's what I used on my two-seater Van Diemen (ex Sports 2000). But this style is really nice, I just want to have spares.

    These come from JD McDermitt (sp?) I don't have current contact information but i think he is still in Utah.
    JD is a great guy and as of late he can be found at vintage races next to the semi full of Brabham FB cars. He either makes them or sources them...and if you find him at the track he will have a decent stash in the trailer for sale. Great guy!
