Jefferson 500
Hey guys, figured I'd start a thread/discussion for the 2024 Jefferson event. This will be my first race with VRG and I'm really looking forward to racing with a large group of Fords. We have a solid number of FF/CF/HF entries at the moment but would love to see some more.
I'm coming with my 77' Royale RP24 CF.
Great event. You'll have a great time. Usually a big field - 40 or more FFs. The downside is that the leaders (& you will be in that group) start lapping them in just a few laps. It gets busy and you rarely know if they see you coming.
Unfortunately, I'm going to miss this event for the first time in a long time. Hope we see you at more vintage FF events. VDCA has been drawing good fields of vintage FFs and you should look at their calendar as well. www.vintagedrive.com
I'll be there. I won't have my FF though. I'm renting a Spec Renault for drivers school and the race weekend. Hope to catch up with some of the FF guys while I'm there.
