Cometic does lots of custom gaskets in various materials. Great service and quality gaskets. They may already have something in their system that would work.

I'm sure I am mentioning something you'll know already, but...depending on which pan you're using, some don't use a separate gasket, just a thin bead of sealant (certainly my Titan cast pan is installed like that).

The Permatex Ultras Black works just great and you never have to worry about thee bolts coming loose because the gasket has shrunk or compressed over time

    Steve-

thanks for your input! need a "real one piece gasket" as the challenge is vacuum and eliminating RTV from the oil filter.......

    Art,

Not hopeful, but try Flatout Gaskets in Mundelein, IL

Part of the problem here is that there are 2 (possibly 3) "rubber" thicknesses just for lip seal oil pans. It can become complicated when the front cover and rear seal plate are for different thicknesses.
