RF-95 Van Diemen - Quicksilver Pinto chassis # 2107

Bought this chassis to restore and use for doing new suspension and aero updates. This car is being reassembled with a lot of new components,as well completely refurbished for a performance upgrade. In the fall of 95 we built and tested a wide track version and the results were super positive. However after a trip to the VD factory we decided to build what was the 96 Monoshock chassis. Have always wanted to re-visit this and have taken it a step further with a w-base extension. Chassis also has updated front and rear wings as well as new diffuser. With the new Pinto Power could be at the front driven correctly.

All new Summit Plumbing, oil, water, brakes, clutch, fuel
New nosebox in honeycomb with new battery
Refurbished as new steering rack, coated in Cerakote
Can have a choice between Stainless or Alloy floor, 12lbs diff

Bodywork is bare ready for paint can be sprayed any color.

Morning, apologies trying to get out in front, components only, chassis a starting to be reassembled for delivery first part Jan. Have too many racing cars/projects and more arriving need space in a small workshop. Will post photos once it is more complete.
