    Hi Don
From the looks of the bell housing and bolt pattern, the starter required is nothing special.
look on eBay for Wosp starters:
“Lotus Cortina MK1 MK2 9 tooth 2 bolt high torque slimline starter motor”
    Wosp #LHS269-9-2
There is also a 3 bott which would be ideal for you car.

Check the number of teeth on the flywheel. If 110, then use the 9 tooth pinion.
if 130, then use the 10 tooth pinion.
say hello to Pierre for me.
    Dan

Dan has given you a good place to start.
Origanally my Vector had an off the shelf, 3 bolt starter, at the time my starter guy could not source parts for it, so I went with a Super Starter.
My problem...back in the day I had to have an adaptor made.
These days you probably will be able to find the exact starter for you application.
I did look for my old starter to see if it had a make and possible part number for you, but alas no luck.

    Regards
    Dave
