The F1 event at COTA

Hey there, ApexSpeed friends!

My wife and I are attending our first-ever Formula 1 event at COTA. Was just curious . . . from those of you who have attended this event in the past, did you get a rental car to get back and forth to the venue from your hotel (if you stayed in Austin) or did you just use ride-sharing? Thanks!

This is not from F1 experience, but my guess is that a rideshare will save you a lot of walking/waiting for shuttles from the parking lots, and car rental rates are likely out the roof that week.

I had a car, but then, that's the mode I'm most comfortable with.

Rental car every time. There will be traffic, but ride share will deal with it too. Buy parking from the track - best lot is outside of T1.
