    Post Rotated pictures

When I try inserting pics into a for sale post the pic is always rotated 90 degrees from the original. I have tried rotating the original 90 degrees to compensate but it always outsmarts me and continues to insert the pic rotated. I can not find any way to un-rotate it in the post. What am I missing??

Thanks for the reply guys. What I discovered is that when using my iPhone camera, if I hold the camera in the landscape orientation ( horizontal with the 'shutter' button on the right) the photos will post correctly. If I take the photo with the camera in the portrait orientation (vertical) the program rotates them to the horizontal in the posting regardless.

In lieu of a knowing reply yet, my first guess is the image is too large.

Also a guess, but I imagine there’s a max size dimension listed somewhere on the site.

    EDIT:
Images cannot be larger than 1024x768 (200k).

If you took photos in a phone there's going to be some metadata that will set the orientation. What you can do is open it in a standalone image editor (even something super basic like Paint) and rotate it and - this is important - "save as" a fresh file. This will save with fresh metadata and will lose the orientation from the phone.
