Flying lap this past weekend in a Radical SR3XX 1500. These cars are eligible for SCCA P2 class and this lap was 3.2 seconds faster than the SCCA P2 Track Record. These cars are also eligible for NASA Super Unlimited and beat the all time NASA track record here as well. On top of that Radical Cup which runs mainly with Indy Car, and your usual country club/track days. Great example of tremendous value these cars have to offer.

how would this compare to a swift 016 ?

A Radical SR3XX 1500 will be slower than a Swift 016, bit less of everything, aero, power etc. But is a fraction of the cost to operate, and many levels to race including the pro series which most events are with indy car and 30+ cars a race.

A Radical SR10 is very similar performance to a swift 016 with the Ford Ecoboost engine making 425HP and 400lb of torque and again more economical to run and many places to run it.
