    Default Electromotive crank trigger simulator

Anyone have one of these they would part with? Or one that I could borrow for a test. I'd sure like to make sure my system works properly before doing all the install in my Supervee.

    Crank Trigger Simulator - Electromotive

    Thanks

Buy a variable square wave generator they are cheap on amazon.

Not good news that they are no longer doing repairs or selling parts.

I see the signal generators on Amazon. I’m just afraid I set it up wrong and cook something I guess another option is to put the trigger wheel in the lathe and the sensor in the tool rest. Hook it all up, supply 12 volts and see if the plugs fire. Probably take a bit of time but I think it would work.

Ya but if you figure the signal generator out you can use it at the track to test the crank sensor which has been know to fail.
All the signal generator does is send a 5v square wave to crank signal input.
Three wires power input, ground and output signal. The ground and signal output go to unit battery goes to power in and ground.
    Not that difficult.....

For $30 I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the advice.
