July '23 Super Classified subscription delays/issues

ApexSpeed is able to accept Paypal Super Classifieds payments, bit cannot automatically process Paypal events to fulfilled ApexSpeed Classifieds permissions. We hope to resolve this process automation issue by Friday, 7/28.

NOTE THERE IS NO CHANGE TO USER / MEMBER BEHAVIOR FOR PAYPAL OR CLASSIFIEDS - this is an informational notice only.

While work is in progress, we are watching Paypal/subscription events and logs to manually fulfill the license/access change on the ApexSpeed.com site - the current, manual sync process will run 3x per day (around 8am, 3pm, & 10pm et) so there may be a time delay of ?10 hours between your subscription payment and the access granted to post ads

Thanks everyone for the understanding and patience as we continue to resolve Paypal and Classifieds subscription issues related to the recent and sudden platform migration.

We will remove this sticky when all work is completed and working as expected.

Additionally we have enabled an email address of "support@apexspeed.com" going forward - which is the monitored mailbox where the "contact us" form, admin@, and info@ flow to - as well as any other unassigned @apexspeed.com mails.

Yes, I was charged 3 times with no success in acquiring a super license to post a few things for sale.

Are you able to post classifieds and have you recieved or contacted us for a refund of the excess PP fees?

All was working as expected then stopped 1-2 days after the migration so we've cleaned/resolved as much as we could diagnose from the logs and events.

Happy to resolve any outstanding issues immediately for you or any member via this thread.
