Default VD owner in Philadelphia/Allentown PA area

    Hi all,

I'm looking for a FC owner in the Philly/Allentown area or near by who would be willing to let me come over one day and look at their car and talk shop for a bit.

I recently bought a 97 VD. The guy I bought it from didn't do any work to it, it was all done by the prior owner so I'm not really sure about the car's history. It seems like it was torn down and part way through the rebuild they decided to sell and just slapped the rest back together.

I have a ton of questions, and I think spending a little time looking at a proper car and asking questions will give me a big head start.

I am planning on taking it to a pro, I'm just trying to work through what I can on my own first.

    Thanks for any help.

I'm in NY (long Island) but you're welcome to up to my shop or meet down at NJMP. I've got an rf01 in the shop and I raced an RF97 back in the day too. Which car did you buy?
Awww, come on guys, it's so simple. Maybe you need a refresher course. Hey! It's all ball bearings nowadays.
