    Gents;

    Went to Harbor Freight, and they only had the hydraulic package.

    A couple days at best. Any help here?

    Choose the 3/4" one - hole is 1.115in.

    Rick never said what its for so we don't know how precise the 1" measurement is.

    Default 1in. Punch

    Hi Rick, I got a set of Mittler Bros. flaring punches. I take the female side and turn it around so it doesn't flare. (see pics) I've done this alot. It may take a few bucks to send it depending how it's shipped, it's not light. Also there may be a little material distortion depending on thickness and material type. Let me know what you think.

    It makes a hole for 1" conduit, which is 1.362 inches.

    I made the wrong assumption I suppose. An actual 1" diameter Greenlee costs more but can be had in two days at my place,

    Todd;

    Driven through Canon Falls on Hwy 52 a bazillion times. Winona to MSP and Camp Ripley, where I worked.

    If you allow me to rent this, I will give you my sons, both potty trained.

    Default Helo ride

    Good morning Rick, No need for rent or giving up your kids (potty trained is great tho) but I will take a ride in one of those Helicopters in your avatars! Just cover the shipping. We live just off the southern end of lake Billesby near Staton Township Airport (grass runways) maybe put down over there!
    PM me an address (text if you want 612-270-0996 or email FASTDAD87@gmail.com) and I'll get it on the road to you. I'll send it by FedEx (I have an account) so how soon do you need it. Ground is most reasonable. You know, if you check out Mittler Bros. web site (very high quality fab tooling, https://www.mittlerbros.com/) a person can buy one punch or sets. They're only $47.00 and considering the shipping expense it might be better to buy one, then you'd have for future use. I'd be giving up a Helo ride so this is a big deal!
    My Dad was an Eagle Scout back in the1930's, still have all his Badges & pins.

    Let me know how this goes.
    Have a great day
    Todd
